DELAY OF PAINT DRYING TIME
CAUSE:
The paint was painted in a large thickness of paint.
Painting was done at low temperature and in an environment with increased humidity.
Dilution was done with an inappropriate solvent.
Used poor-quality paint
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION :
After the paint has completely dried, apply one or two hands of SINLAC M-100 series following the instructions on the package.
THE PAINTED SURFACE HAS WRINKLED
CAUSE:
The paint was painted to a high paint thickness and/or the dilution of the paint was less than specified in its specification. Repainting was done without first hand having dried thoroughly. The paint was diluted with an inappropriate thinner. The temperature of the environment was very high so that the paint dried only superficially, while inside it was still fluid.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION :
Clean the wrinkled surface and wait until the paint is completely dry. Then apply one or two hands of SINLAC M-100 series following the instructions on the package.
PAINT RUNS ON VERTICAL SURFACES
CAUSE:
The paint was diluted with a large amount of thinner. The paint was applied to a very large thickness of paint. The application was done under very high temperature, or the paint was already hot due to exposure to the sun or some other heat source.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION :
Clean unwanted runs and wait until the paint is completely dry. Then apply one or two hands of thin thickness paint with SINLAC M-100 series following the instructions on the package.
APPEARANCE OF RUST ON THE SURFACE IN A SHORT TIME
CAUSE:
No anticorrosive substrate was applied. Surface cleaning was not sufficient, and rust residues remained Although anti-rust primer and paint were applied, the paint thicknesses were very thin. The paints applied were of poor quality.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Clean all rust effectively from the surface and then apply one or two hands SINLAC M-200 which paints directly on the rust.
PAINTED SURFACE PEELS OFF
CAUSE:
The appropriate primer had not been applied first. The surface was not cleaned of oil and any kind of foreign body. The surface was glossy and had not been sanded with the appropriate sandpaper. Inappropriate color for this application.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Remove all pieces that are poorly stuck and loose. Scrub with sandpaper and then paint with the appropriate substrate. Apply one or two hands of SINLAC M-100 series varnish paint following the instructions on the package.
APPEARANCE OF CHALK ON THE PAINTED SURFACE
CAUSE:
The paint was excessively exposed for a long time to solar radiation. The paint was unsuitable for outdoor use. The paint was applied to a very thin thickness of paint.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Remove all dust from the surface due to chalk, just like any other kind of foreign body. It is recommended to use a wet cloth for this purpose. Do not use a thinner. It is rubbed if the paint is too hard. Replace with one or two hands of varnish paint SINLAC M-100 series following the instructions on the package.
BUBBLES APPEAR DURING APPLICATION
CAUSE:
The paint before application was strongly mixed, usually by strong mechanical means and/or the dilution of the paint was less than predicted. Inappropriate application tools were used. The application of paint was done under high temperatures. The paint is of poor quality. Dilution was done with an inappropriate solvent.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION :
Scrub and smooth the surface with the appropriate sandpaper and apply one or two hands of SINLAC M-100 series varnish paint following the instructions on the package.
THE PAINT HAS NOT HARDENED ENOUGH
CAUSE:
The paint was applied to a large thickness of paint, probably due to insufficient dilution. The required time did not pass in order for the substrate to harden sufficiently, and the final paint was quickly applied. The quality of the paint was inappropriate.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
If the hardness of the paint does not increase sufficiently in the next period of time, apply one or two hands of SINLAC M-100 series following the instructions on the package.
PEELING OF RIPOLIS OR VARNISH
CAUSE:
The surface was not properly prepared. Inappropriate color Increased moisture on the wood either due to moisture in the wood or the environment.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Mechanically remove the paint that has peeled off. Apply one or two hands of MACHRO water or solvent velatura and paint with the desired water or solvent color of MACHRO. Once the varnish has come off, repeat the same process and apply one or two hands of water or solvent substrate and one or two hands finish with water or solvent varnish of MACHRO.
RIPOLIN OR VARNISH HAVE WRINKLED
CAUSE:
The paint was painted in a high thickness of paint, possibly with a slight dilution. Repainting was done without first hand having dried thoroughly. The paint was diluted with an inappropriate thinner. The temperature of the environment was very high so that the paint dried only superficially, while inside it was still fluid.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION :
Clean the wrinkled surface thoroughly by rubbing it with the appropriate sandpaper and wait until the paint is completely dry. Then apply one or two hands AQUALAC M-800 water ripolin or in case you have passed varnish apply one or two hands solvent varnish MARINLACK M-14.
OCCURRENCE OF ORANGE PEEL PHENOMENON IN RIPOLIN OR VARNISH
CAUSE:
An inappropriate solvent was used An inappropriate solvent was used at the application of paint, if a gun was used, was done at close range and/or with high pressure. Improper means of painting (roller or gun) were used. Dilution of the paint was not appropriate (usually less than specified in the instructions).
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Clean the wrinkled surface thoroughly by rubbing it with the appropriate sandpaper and wait until the paint is completely dry. Then apply one or two hands AQUALAC M-800 water ripolin or in case you have passed varnish apply one or two hands solvent varnish MARINLACK M-14.
THE SHADE OF VARNISH OR WOOD PRESERVATIVE IS DIFFERENT FROM THE COLOR CHART
CAUSE:
The different shade of wood The absorbency of wood The different way of application. That is, if more or fewer hands have been passed. Too long dilution of varnish. As a result, less paint thickness is passed. CAUTION: The preservative is not diluted.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Scrub the painted surface and apply a hand FARMAXYL M-99, then apply one or two hands water varnish MARINLACK M-15 by MACHRO. If you use solvent products, rub in the same way and apply first one hand FARMAXYL M-16 and then one or two hands MARINLACK M-14, following the instructions for use.
BUBBLES APPEAR DURING THE APPLICATION OF RIPOLIN OR VARNISH
CAUSE:
The paint or varnish before application was strongly mixed, usually by strong mechanical means and/or the dilution of the paint was less than predicted. Inappropriate application tools were used. The application of paint or varnish was carried out under high temperatures. The paint or varnish is of poor quality. Dilution was done with an inappropriate solvent.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION :
Scrub and smooth the surface with the appropriate sandpaper and apply one hand of VICTORIA M-23 solvent velatura and one or two hands of SINLAC M-100 series varnish paint following the instructions on the carton. Alternatively, after rubbing, apply one hand water velatura AQUALAC M-801 and one or two hands water ripolin AQUALAC M-800.
Repeat the same procedure when using varnish and apply one hand of FARMAXYL M-99 of water and one or two hands of water varnish MARINLACK M-15 or alternatively one hand of FARMAXYL M-16 solvent and one or two hands of MARINLACK M-14.
APPEARANCE OF CRACKS ON THE PAINT
CAUSE:
The appropriate substrate has not been applied in combination with sharp temperature fluctuations. The paint is of poor quality The second hand was applied before the first hand dried.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Scrub and smooth the surface with the appropriate sandpaper and apply one hand of VICTORIA M-23 solvent velatura and one or two hands of SINLAC M-100 series varnish paint following the instructions on the carton. Alternatively, after rubbing, apply one hand water velatura AQUALAC M-801 and one or two hands water ripolin AQUALAC M-800.

ON THE PAINTED SURFACE THERE ARE VARIATIONS IN SHADE
CAUSE:
The paint was diluted more than its specifications stipulate. The surface has not been primed and/or in some parts is more porous. The paint was not applied correctly due to the wrong technique. At the bottom of the building due to poor insulation there is moisture.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Primer with primer VILEDUR M-20, apply one or two hands JET ACRYL M-6. If the problem is due to moisture, first insulate and then apply the same painting process.
PAINTED SURFACE SHOWS SHINE DIFFERENTIATION AND RUNNING STAINS
CAUSE:
If the paint is applied under conditions of increased humidity, then there is some delay in its drying, resulting in some of its components being trapped on the surface and creating these imperfections.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Usually this problem is minimized or disappears after some time and after the paint has completely dried. Otherwise, you can rinse it with water and rub it lightly with a soft cloth or sponge.
THE COLOR HAS FADED AND ITS TINT HAS BEEN ALTERED
CAUSE:
Some shades are less resistant to sunlight. This category usually includes blue shades and some red and yellow very bright. The paint used is of poor quality or it is not advisable to use it for painting external surfaces. The surface has not been primed with the appropriate primer. A strong detergent or solvent was used to clean the surface.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Replace with one to two hands with JET ACRYL M-6.
WHITE MARKS APPEAR ON THE PAINTED SURFACE (RASH)
CAUSE:
These powders are salts that come from cement or plaster and which have not been cleaned before painting. Internally in the wall there is previously trapped moisture or moisture is transferred from the internal environment to the wall or there is a broken gutter and in this way these salts are carried away to the surface. The paint has cracks into which moisture penetrates.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Remove all these salts by mechanical means and water. Wait for it to dry and stock where necessary. Then prime with VILEDUR M-20 solvent primer and apply one or two hands JET ACRYL M-6.
WRINKLING OF THE PAINTED SURFACE
CAUSE:
The paint was applied in a very thick coating and/or its dilution was less than that specified in its specifications. The application was done at very high temperatures. Η επιφάνεια είχε εκτεθεί The surface had previously been exposed to too much moisture and painted before it could dry.σε πολύ μεγάλη υγρασία και βάφτηκε πριν προλάβει να στεγνώσει.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Mechanically remove all wrinkled surfaces and prime with VILEDUR M-20 solvent primer. Then apply one or two hands JET ACRYL M-6.
MOLD APPEARS ON THE PAINTED SURFACE
CAUSE:
Heavily soiled surfaces are the main reason for the growth of various microorganisms. The surface was not sufficiently prepared. Increased humidity and temperature combined with insufficient lighting of the room.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Remove mold with bleach, wash it with plenty of water, prime it with VILEDUR M-20 solvent acrylic primer and apply one or two hands JET ACRYL M-6.
APPEARANCE OF CHALKING ON PAINT
CAUSE:
The paint was unsuitable for outdoor use or of poor quality. The paint was excessively exposed for a long time to solar radiation.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Remove all dust from the surface due to chalk, just like any other kind of foreign body. It is recommended to use a wet cloth for this purpose. Do not use a thinner. If chalk still remains, prime VILEDUR M-20 solvent acrylic primer and apply one or two hands JET ACRYL M-6.
INSUFFICIENT COVERAGE OF PAINT ON PUTTY AREAS
CAUSE:
There was no priming or specific spots were not primed properly. In these places the surface was smooth. The color had little coverage.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
If the surface has not been primed beforehand, prime it with VILEDUR M-20 acrylic solvent primer and apply one or two hands JET ACRYL M-6
CRACKS OR CRACKS APPEAR ON THE PAINTED SURFACE
CAUSE:
Incomplete surface preparation, e.g. not previously primed. Unsuitable or poor-quality primer. The plaster or surface has cracks. Poor quality paint with reduced elasticity and adhesion. Great dilution of paint. Previously unpainted silicone has been applied
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Remove all loose parts of the surface by mechanical means and prime with acrylic solvent primer VILEDUR M-20. Then putty with acrylic spatula putty of MACHRO, re-prim with VILEDUR M-20. and apply one or two hands JET ACRYL M-6.
PEELING THE SURFACE
CAUSE:
Proper surface preparation was not carried out beforehand. Improper or poor-quality primers were used. The paint used was of poor quality. Presence of moisture. Many layers of medium quality paints have been applied to the surface from time to time, which prevent the paint from “breathing”, resulting in moisture coming from the interior or from a gutter pushing the paint outwards, resulting in its peeling.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Mechanically remove all loose parts of the surface. If there is moisture, treat it. Then putty with acrylic putty of MAHRO, prim with acrylic solvent primer VILEDUR M-20 and apply two hands JET ACRYL M-6
COLOR UNEVENNESS IS OBSERVED ON THE PAINTED SURFACE
CAUSE:
The paint has been diluted to a greater extent than its specification stipulates and/or the surface in some parts is more porous. The surface was not primed in the right way. The paint is of poor quality.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Apply one more hand of paint completely homogenized, diluted with the appropriate amount of water.
STAINS AND YELLOW MARKS APPEAR ON THE PAINTED SURFACE
CAUSE:
Poor ventilation especially in areas frequented by smokers. There is accumulated moisture. In places where there is an increased temperature due to radiators, stoves, etc.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Apply one or two hands of VILEDUR solvent primer and after 24 hours one or two hands of JET PLAST M-5. Pay attention to the cause that causes yellowness. If it is caused by moisture, isolate it.
THE PAINTED SURFACE FADES WHEN CLEANED WITH DETERGENT
CAUSE:
The paint did not have the necessary time to dry sufficiently in depth. It is recommended to allow to dry for 2 weeks before washing begins. In combination with the above, a hard friction agent may have been used to clean the surface. The detergent used to clean the surface was not appropriate. For such cleaning cases it is good to use detergents such as those of dishes. The surface was painted with poor quality paint.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Wait for the detergent to dry and apply a hand JET PLAST M-5
PAINT RUNS DURING ITS APPLICATION ON VERTICAL SURFACES
CAUSE:
The dilution of the paint is too great and outside its specifications. The paint was applied in a very thick layer.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
If the paint is still damp, apply it evenly with a brush or roller. If it has already dried, lightly rub the painted surface and repaint with JET PLAST M-5. Make sure if you have a mixture of very dilute color left, add a sufficient amount of undiluted paint to it.
THE PAINTED SURFACE IS INFLATED
CAUSE:
Existence of indoor humidity, the cause of which must be found and treated. The painting of the surface took place when it was still fresh. The paint was applied at a very high ambient temperature or the surface was hot due to some external heat source The paint was applied to a large thickness.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Rub the surface on the puffed areas and putty with acrylic putty of MACHRO. Then prime with Mikronize M-9 water primer and apply two hands JET PLAST M-5.
CRACKS APPEAR ON THE PAINTED SURFACE
CAUSE:
Incomplete surface preparation, e.g. not previously primed. Unsuitable or poor-quality primer. Plaster may have cracks Poor quality paint Great dilution of paint
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Remove all loose parts of the surface by mechanical means and prime with Mikronize M-9 water primer or VILEDUR M-20 solvent primer. Then putty with acrylic putty of MACHRO spatula, re-prim with one of the proposed primers and apply one or two hands JET PLAST M-5.
BRUSH OR ROLL MARKS APPEAR ON THE SURFACE
CAUSE:
Improper painting tools were used. The paint is of poor quality or has reduced coverage. The wrong technique was used to paint the paint. Tested repainting the paint while it was still fresh.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
For a minor problem, simply repaint with one or two hands a JET PLAST M-5. In case the problem is greater, scrub with the appropriate sandpaper, prime with water primer Micronize M-9 or solvent primer VILEDUR M-20 and paint with one or two hands JET PLAST M-5.
THE PAINT HAS BURST WHERE PREVIOUSLY PUTTY HAS BEEN APPLIED
CAUSE:
Poorly quality putty was applied. After puttying, the appropriate primer was not applied.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Remove all loose materials by mechanical means. Shine preferably with M-9 plastic micronized primer or alternatively with VILEDUR M-20 acrylic solvent primer. Then apply acrylic putty of MACHRO, prime again and then apply one or two hands JET PLAST M-5.
Remove mold with bleach, wash it with plenty of water, prime it with plastic primer M-9 or acrylic solvent primer VILEDUR M-20 and apply one or two hands anti-mold paint JET COLOR M-91.
BUBBLES AND SMALL CRATERS APPEAR DURING THE APPLICATION OF PAINT
CAUSE:
The paint before application was strongly mixed, usually by strong mechanical means and/or the dilution of the paint was less than predicted. Inappropriate application tools were used. The application of paint was done under high temperatures. The color is of poor quality. The surface that was painted had not been primed and was porous.
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION:
Rub until bubbles and/or craters are smooth and repaint with one or two hands JET PLAST M-5. If it is a minor problem, then simply apply one or two hands JET PLAST M-5. If it is an unprimed surface, scrub until the bubbles and/or craters are smoothed, prime with M-9 plastic micronized primer and repaint with one or two hands JET PLAST M-5.
